7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use Umami Analytics (no cookies, no personal identifiers) to understand website traffic, account management and security purposes. No third-party cookies or external tracking services are used. All data remains local, and no personal information is shared with third parties.
8. Payment Processing via Stripe
To process payments securely and efficiently, we use Stripe, a third-party payment service provider. When you make a purchase or subscribe to a paid plan, your payment details (such as card number, expiration date, and billing address) are transmitted directly to Stripe.
We do not store or process your full payment information on our servers.
Stripe acts as a data processor on our behalf and complies with both the Swiss FADP and the GDPR. All payment transactions are encrypted, and Stripe is certified to the PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard).

9. Children’s Privacy
LegalLens is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we become aware that a minor has provided personal data, we will take steps to delete it.
